Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the Bravias Client website and software.
1. Who these Terms apply to
By downloading or using Bravias Client, or by using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software or the site. You must be able to enter a binding agreement in your country. If you are under the required age, a parent or legal guardian must approve your use.
2. The software
Bravias Client is provided free of charge. Access to it is licensed, not sold: you may install and use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not sell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute Bravias as your own, or remove or alter its branding.
Bravias currently has no accounts, subscriptions, or paid tiers. If that changes in the future, this page will be updated before any such feature launches.
3. Minecraft, mods and server rules
Bravias requires a genuine, separately owned copy of Minecraft Java Edition. You are responsible for complying with the Minecraft End User License Agreement and for checking the rules of every server you join. A server may restrict client-side mods, performance modifications, or specific tools, even where another server allows them. Bravias does not guarantee that its use is permitted on any particular server, including servers referenced on this website.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use Bravias to gain an unfair advantage prohibited by a server's rules, disrupt services, exploit vulnerabilities, access another user's data, evade enforcement action, or carry out unlawful activity. You must not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the client beyond what applicable law expressly permits.
5. Availability and updates
Minecraft, mod loaders and third-party servers change independently of Bravias. Compatibility may be interrupted by game updates or external changes outside our control. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, support for every server, or support for every mod.
6. Intellectual property
Bravias Client, this website, its branding and its original code are protected by intellectual property law. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios and Microsoft. Bravias Client is independent software and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang, Microsoft, or any server named on this website.
7. Liability
The software and website are supplied with reasonable care, but software can contain faults. To the extent permitted by law, Bravias is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not responsible for indirect loss, lost game progress, server penalties, or loss caused by third-party services. This does not limit liability where it cannot legally be limited.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the product changes. The updated date will appear at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced through the website or Discord where practical.
9. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be raised through the official Bravias Discord.
